Independent use of the platform
Do you have an HR team, but don't have a platform? We can provide you with access to the SELECTIO platform to independently administer vacancies, invite candidates for psychological testing, and select test batteries. Testing takes place online (with video surveillance), and upon completion of the questionnaire, an automatically generated report is created. In case you do not have psychologists on staff, SELECTIO is available for interpretation of results, as well as interpretation to candidates if you want to increase candidate satisfaction.
