What is an assessment center

The most used method for assessing the potential of employees

The Assessment center is considered one of the most reliable custom-made tools that help in selecting the right person for a specific position. During the assessment, we take into account the competencies and values ​​of the organization as well as the specifics of the position to, together with you, make the best decision for employee development. This service is most often used when selecting a manager when we recognize an employee for whom a leadership position is a natural environment.

We use the tools that best fit the position

We run a structured testing process through which we evaluate employees or candidates to determine competencies, leadership potential, and hidden talents. At the end of the assessment, we create a detailed report highlighting strengths and areas for further development.

We assess potential through competency analysis, psychological testing, DNLA assessment of leadership skills, and situational tasks such as role-playing, case studies, and in-tray exercises. We choose tools according to the position description and adapt the tasks to the candidate's actual work tasks.

We give feedback to evaluated candidates and help them create an individual development plan. We suggest training that will help in the further development and greater engagement of employees.

Online competency questionnaires

The assessment center process begins with completing online competency and behavioral questionnaires. These tools are renowned for evaluating potential and competency development levels.

The DNLA questionnaires and Belbin's team role questionnaire offer insights into:

  • The current development of social and management competencies.
  • Preferred roles within a team.
Structured competence interview

A behavioral interview conducted individually with each participant and targets key competencies.

Role play activity

Participants are placed in realistic interaction scenarios with individuals who may take on roles such as employees, colleagues, superiors, or clients. This approach offers valuable insights into how participants handle complex situations and their problem-solving methods.

Group activity

Participants collaborate to solve a hypothetical yet realistic business scenario, allowing observers to assess their approach and teamwork. Afterward, they present their solution to the evaluators and respond to additional questions.

Case study activity

In this individual activity, the participant receives a hypothetical yet realistic business scenario along with supplementary data. After reviewing the materials and preparing a solution, the participant presents their recommendations to the evaluators and answers additional questions.
