Senior Legal Advisor (m/f/d)
Location: Zagreb / hybrid
As a Senior Legal Advisor, you will provide comprehensive legal support across a broad range of corporate matters, ensuring that the company operates in full compliance with applicable laws and mitigating legal risks in daily operations and strategic projects.
Main responsibilities:
- Supporting and coordinating internal projects from a legal perspective, ensuring compliance and risk management
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of contracts and agreements
- Representing the company in legal proceedings and external legal communications
- Handling legal matters related to intellectual property
- Providing legal advice and support across multiple legal matters, including labour and employment law, data protection, and other areas as required
Required skills, knowledge and experience:
- Master’s degree in Law and completed Bar Exam
- Approximately 5 to 7 years of professional experience in similar legal roles
- Experience in legal representation in court proceedings
- Prior experience in intellectual property law is desirable
- High level of independence, accountability, and professional integrity
- Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Team player with a collaborative attitude
- Proficiency in English
