Our client, a prominent and successful company in the FMCG sector, is looking for an experienced and reliable legal professional to join their legal team in the position of:

Senior Legal Advisor (m/f/d)

Location: Zagreb / hybrid

As a Senior Legal Advisor, you will provide comprehensive legal support across a broad range of corporate matters, ensuring that the company operates in full compliance with applicable laws and mitigating legal risks in daily operations and strategic projects.

Main responsibilities:

  • Supporting and coordinating internal projects from a legal perspective, ensuring compliance and risk management
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of contracts and agreements
  • Representing the company in legal proceedings and external legal communications
  • Handling legal matters related to intellectual property
  • Providing legal advice and support across multiple legal matters, including labour and employment law, data protection, and other areas as required

Required skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Master’s degree in Law and completed Bar Exam
  • Approximately 5 to 7 years of professional experience in similar legal roles
  • Experience in legal representation in court proceedings
  • Prior experience in intellectual property law is desirable
  • High level of independence, accountability, and professional integrity
  • Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude
  • Proficiency in English
