Senior Accountant
As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and analyzing accounting records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and supporting the financial stability of the organization.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with current finance and accounting regulations
- Independently handle and record all business transactions, including incoming and outgoing invoices, bank statements, travel orders, vouchers, compensations, and other financial accounting entries
- Conduct regular checks, monitoring, and reconciling customer/supplier accounts
- Prepare relevant forms for accounting documentation
- Perform accurate VAT calculations, and manage other public charges while ensuring alignment with the Tax Administration
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and organize documentation for audit purposes
- Communication with relevant authorities, auditors and external accounting services
- Ensure tax compliance and risk mitigation
- Ensure adherence to financial policies and standards across the organization
Required skills, knowledge and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in accounting
- Experience in preparing year-end and consolidated financial statements
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, IFRS is an advantage
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
- Fluency in the English language (both written and spoken)
