For Pernod Ricard we are currently looking for a motivated and ambitious individual for the position of:
Sales Executive (m/f/d)
Location: Rijeka and Kvarner

The Sales Executive is responsible for the on-trade channel sales activities in the assigned area: managing relationship with wholesalers and points of sales, implementation of sales and promotional plans, order taking, cash collection, performance and budget monitoring, monthly sales forecasts, scouting for new business opportunities.
Main responsibilities:
- Developing sales and brand visibility in the assigned area
- Developing business relationships with assigned partners and customers
- Cooperating with the wholesale sales panel in the assigned area
- Exploring new stores to activate
- Regularly visiting wholesalers and Ho.Re.Ca. customers
- Monitoring performance, achievement of objectives and support sell-out
- Monitoring points of sales with specific focus on distribution, visibility, and activations
- Supporting the implementation of brand activations, POS materials and extra visibility
- Drafting commercial contracts stipulated between Pernod Ricard Croatia, wholesalers and points of sale and monitor their application
- Mapping the activities of the main competitors providing a complete analysis of the market
- Estimating sales and plan demand
- Managing of orders and monitoring of receipts
- Monitoring customer distribution and stock levels
- Providing all required reports timely
Required skills, knowledge and experience:
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Previous experience in FMCG companies is considered a plus
- Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build solid business relationships with customers
- Self-motivated, results oriented, team player
- Solid knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, Power Bi, Power Point)
- Fluent Croatian and English
- Clean B driving license
