Technical Support Engineer
Location: Zagreb

Main responsibilities:

Preparing technical specifications and offers
Providing technical support across various projects, ensuring all technical issues are promptly and effectively resolved
Engaging in business development activities
Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and support the expansion of new business areas
Collaborating with international technical specialists
Assisting in the development and implementation of business strategies, contributing to the overall growth of the company

Required skills, knowledge and experience:

Technical education background (Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar technical support role
Strong understanding of business operations and growth opportunities in the technology sector
Knowledge of Electric Vehicle (EV) chargers is preferable
Excellent precision and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented setting
Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
